Assisted listening

Hear the service through your phone.

AudioFetch streams the live worship audio directly to your smartphone. Listen through your own wired earbuds, headphones, or Bluetooth hearing aids. Wired earbuds are recommended because Bluetooth can introduce a slight delay.

1. Install AudioFetch

Download the AudioFetch app before the service or while connected to your regular mobile data.

2. Connect to the listening Wi-Fi

Open your phone’s settings, choose Wi-Fi or Connections, select FBC-Assisted-Listening, and tap Join or Connect.

3. Listen

Connect your earbuds, headphones, or hearing aids, then open AudioFetch. Use the app and your device controls to pause or adjust the volume.

If the audio does not start

Completely close AudioFetch and reopen it. If you still need help, call or text Kevin at 423-312-6839 or Tom at 865-332-7978.

Website accessibility

Information that is easier to find and use.

This website uses keyboard-friendly navigation, visible focus states, readable contrast, meaningful headings, descriptive image text, scalable type, and reduced-motion support where appropriate.

Videos should include captions when available, and important information should not depend on color, sound, or an image alone.

If something on the website is difficult to access, tell us which page you were using and what happened so we can help and improve it.

Works across devices

Pages and controls are designed for phones, tablets, desktop computers, browser zoom, and larger text settings.

More than one way

Essential content is provided in text instead of relying only on audio, imagery, animation, or color.
